HEARKEN FLOW pneumatic actuator seals can be selected from NBR, VITON and FKM, so as to achieve stable operation in a wide range of temperature environments from -60℃ to 150℃. For low-temperature environments, NBR nitrile rubber still maintains 30% elastic modulus at -60℃, suitable for hydraulic systems and LNG storage tanks; facing high-temperature challenges, VITON fluororubber has a compression deformation rate of only 8% in 150℃ hot oil, meeting the needs of petrochemical pipelines.
